Module 1 – Issues Identification & Management Process
This first module introduces the issues identification and management process. It deals with the process of identifying what constitutes a reputation issue. This module is a prelude to the conversation about crisis management because without an understanding of what constitutes an issue, it would be difficult to differentiate it from a crisis. And this is likely to affect the communications response and management strategy.

This 2nd module introduces the Crisis Management Framework and focuses on basic concepts and principles
Module 3 Reputation Management
This module focuses on reputation management. It introduces the concept of managing reputation and illustrates how this is an important concept in crisis management. This module helps to drive home the point that reputation is what you manage in crisis not operations or anything else. And this must be done ethically and in a sustainable manner factoring in the context of the issue and expectations from all the key stakeholders, opinions and influencers in the space.
Module 4 – Best Practices And Performance Management
This module focuses on sharing the best practises learnings based on all the case studies and frameworks studied in the earlier modules. This module also provides some insight into how to practically measure the impact of your crisis communication efforts in tangible terms.
